Lovely little off licence, run by a lovely elderly couple (the Govers) and their son. The interior is unusually beautiful for a small shop like this - it's almost worth visiting for the decor, in fact. It's full of some rather unique wooden shopfittings, made by the Bristol Gnomes and inspired by Gaudi. The shop sells a variety of alcohol, soft drinks, snacks and (slighly incongruously, but wonderfully) a selection of penny sweets served by Mrs Gover and sold to local children. At one point they were selling duck eggs from their own ducks, though I'm not sure if they still are!
